The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.
Suitable for all levels. This Vinyasa Flow yoga class will get your body moving. Continual movement through yoga postures gets your heart-rate up while balancing postures and core sections will keep you focused and strong. Modifications are highlighted in order to make the class achievable for all.
Suitable for all levels. For new yogis looking to learn the basics and seasoned practitioners seeking a refresher. Practice the foundation of poses, linking movement with breath, and discovering proper alignment to receive the full benefits of a yoga practice.
