Yoga Therapy sessions are specifically designed to address your health conditions and challenges. Whether it is one-on-one or in a small group, yoga therapy can focus on specific concerns with the intention of bringing ease, relief, and healing.
The program will consist of a private intake session, eight weeks of group yoga therapy, and a private follow-up. The eight-week course will focus on aspects of yoga such as awareness, breath, movement, and meditation.
